| This is great! I could have used this site last year. :-( Maybe it wasn't even here then. My landlord told me I was in a "good" area. Now, I can find a place that really is in a nice area.

| I like the student point being made. Not every apartment complex in Normal is "Student Only" it is a very important question to ask.

| Personally I think location is a very important thing. I've been stuck in the Ghetto and it's a horrible thing. I also think that pets are a very important thing to have listed.

| I'm not from here, but it seems fair to assume that most renters in this town are students. If this is true, most of the apartments are near campus. Isn't location already covered? For students, price is everything. Our education costs enough already!
