Advertising rates, sizes, locations, positions per page, allotment/allocation/availability are subject to change with or without notice, even within a contract period.  Any advertising rates that change within a contract period will NOT affect the contracted rate, during the contract.  The new rate shall only apply to any renewal or future contract.

To obtain the discounted 6-month rate, the full contract term must be pre-paid.

Landlords/Agents are NOT allowed to utilize the "in-listing" ad position,
unless they are a real estate agent advertising services that are NOT related to rental property.
