  Apartments, Houses, Condos/Townhomes, Mobile Homes, Student Living, Senior Living, Commercial and Storage



• Each category can be browsed at will or searched by specific criteria
  City, Price Range, Number of Bedrooms, Pet Policies, Smoking Preference, etc.



• Search results are sorted by price. Simplicity is key!
  However, you can re-order the list by whatever criteria you choose.



• "Neighborhood Search" feature allows searching by geographic area
  (Bloomington and Normal only)



• NEW "Short-Term" Search Option!
  Listings can now be searched based on whether or not "short-term" leasing is allowed.



• "Student" property search feature
  Student properties are in a unique category, allowing them to be searched exclusively.



• Landlord/Agent List containing contact information for local landlords and agents
  Do you want to view listings from a particular landlord or agent? From the "Landlord/Agent List", click the landlord's or agent's name to view the profile. There, you will find contact information and links to properties listed by that landlord or agent.



• NEW "Rental News and Blog" feature
  Our NEWEST feature allows the general public to view rental-related and site-related news items, as well as COMMENT on the articles! Feel free to browse through the Rental News and Blog articles and comments. Then, join the conversations and add your own comments!



• *** Bonus Feature: Save searches and get hot-list updates ***
  Favorite listings can be saved for easy information retrieval later. New listings that meet your search criteria can also be e-mailed directly to you, the minute that they hit the Rental Lane database.
  
  For example: If you are searching for a 4-bedroom unit that is located in the Unit-5 School District, simply save your search criteria and elect to receive an e-mail notification. As soon as a landlord enters a listing that met your special search criteria, you will receive an e-mail alerting you to the the new listing. There will also be a link in the e-mail that will take you directly to the listing. It's kind of like having your very own electronic Real Estate Agent, working for you 24-hours a day, seven days a week, without the fee! (see Terms of Use)
  It just doesn't get any easier than this!

Rental Lane, allows ANYONE to search for rental properties ANONYMOUSLY. Users have the opportunity (not the obligation) to create a "member account" to save their favorite listings for easy information retrieval later. Users with a "member account" can also comment in the "Rental News and Blog" area, as well as save search criteria and elect to have new listings that meet the criteria e-mailed to them, if they wish. It is our promise that Rental Lane WILL NOT sell your personal information (including e-mail addresses) to anyone else, for any reason! Additionally, Rental Lane will not send you any e-mail that you have not chosen to receive (with the exception of system maintenance notices for scheduled down-time or problem resolution issues).
