Rental Lane is a multipurpose resource for both tenants and landlords alike. While tenants can search for listings free of charge, landlords can also place their properties in the Rental Lane database FREE OF CHARGE.If you are a local landlord, please contact the site administrator at admin@rentallane.com . Simply include your name and telephone number, and indicate that you would like to activate a landlord account. You will then be contacted within two (2) business days.
Be prepared to show proper identification before your free account is activated. This practice will ensure that only legitimate landlords and/or property managers can request landlord accounts. Once a landlord account has been activated, the landlord or property manager can delegate the responsibility of adding, updating and deleting listings and profile information to their authorized agent.
Additionally, be prepared to sign a statement acknowledging that you have read and agree to all of the Renatl Lane Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
NOTE: Owners/Managers of storage facilities are NOT considered "landlords"... Placing listings in the "storage" cotegory of Rental Lane is NOT free of charge.
